Excellent, easy to read watch

I'm a volunteer Community First Responder (part of the Ambulance service), in this role I needed a watch I could see easily and quickly without my reading glasses; this watch fits the bill perfectly! I've had it for almost three weeks now and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Overall I'm very pleased with it but for completeness I've listed the pro's and minor cons - as I see it - below: Pros: Large, easy to read display. Excellent electroluminescent back-light. Good accuracy - ~ 2s a week! Inexepensive Cons: In 24 hr mode the first digit, '2', is not a full width figure - It's OK but just looks a bit odd! It would have been more truthful to show this in the photos. When setting the precise time there seems to be a one second lag!! - solved by pressing the button at 59s Large watch area may make it unsuitable for smaller wrists. On very minor irritation, which I only mention for completeness

why pay more

Cheap, reliable, lightweightand best of all easy to read when your eyes are getting a bit long sighted. Cons - Suspect the strap might fail after two or three years (last one which was similar did)and you can't easily get replacements - but at this price just get a new one :-)

Excellent Service

Arrived quickly and my partner was very pleased with it. His eyesight is not as good as it used to be, and he can see these numbers clearly. Looks smart as well

I was looking for a digital watch I could wear swimming that has large numbers (failing eyesight due to old age), and this one is ideal. Watch Mad had the best price and the service was excellent.
