Cardholder Address Billing details must match address registered to card. Fields with * are required, others are optional.
First Name *		Problems? Fields with * are required. Other fields are optional - for example County. Any numbers in your address such as house, flat and building number must go in the first line, not on the street/road line. If you have problems with authentication for payment try for example: "flat 6, No. 25" and then the street on the next line. The same applies if you house has a name and number. Put the name followed by the number. As our payment system matches addresses on the numbers, you may need to try different combinations, making sure that building numbers are in the first line of the address. If you live in a city such as London, you do not need to put London in the County box as well. If you live in Southern Ireland or another location that does not have a postcode, type in a dash. You will need to call us to make payment after attempting the order however, as our system will not be able to verify your address. We like to have a contact telephone number in case we have to query your order in a hurry - or if your email address is incorrect and we cannot contact you. This may also help with authentication if you have left a landline number. Double check your email address before pressing continue, if it's incorrect you won't get an emailed receipt. This is important, as we do not put printed receipts in with your order.
